Foundations of Execution
Understanding how systems execute.
We investigate how system behavior is defined, how actions are governed, how correctness is verified, and how other properties can be reasoned about.
We approach these questions by combining formal methods with software engineering. We develop theoretical models, and explore their implications through prototypes and working systems. What we learn, we publish for others read, question, and build on.
